Listed below are estimated weekly rates for our basic packages. These prices already include a special discount for paying via Cash, Check, or Zelle. Standard rates apply for credit and debit card payments.

1 bathroom with 1-2 bedrooms apartment- $108

1.5 bathrooms with up to 2 bedrooms

or 1 bathroom with 3 bedrooms- $126

2 bathrooms with 2 bedrooms condominium – $144

2 bathrooms with 3-4 bedrooms – $180 to $198

2.5 bathrooms condo/house with 3-4 bedrooms – $216

3 bathrooms condo/ house – $216 to $252 – up to 2,500 sf

4 bathrooms house – starting at $288 – up to 3,000 sf

5 bathrooms house – starting at $360 – up to 4,000 sf

Less frequent orders can have higher prices depending on the state.

Payments are required upon completion by regular clients.  Late payment fee of $5 is added if payment is not received on the day of service plus $5 fee for every reminder sent every few days.  New clients and not regular weekly or biweekly clients are required to make the payment upon booking.
